Folio 26. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, acknowledging his letter of 21 January 1875 concerning the part of the school farm which the guardians propose to let to the executors of the late Mr Pearce for the remaining portion of the current year to old Michaelmas next at the rent of £30. The Board requests the guardians to make an application under their seal to the Board on the enclosed form containing a description of the land [not included]. Once received the Board will issue an order authorising them to do this.
