Imperial Insurance Company fire policy of Robert Skyring Garnett of Bank House near Kirkby Lonsdale, esquire on his dwelling house and offices communicating called Bank House near Kirkby Lonsdale (£200), household goods etc (£100) and dwelling house adjoining under same roof, in tenure of Robert Wilson of no hazardous trade (£100), 6 November 1851.
Endorsements:- "The Interest in this policy is now become the Property of the Revd. Thos Garnett of Bankhouse near Kirkby Lonsdale as Heir to Rob. Skyring Garnett Esq deceased, John Allen", Kirkby Lonsdale, 31 December 1855;
- Interest now property of Mrs M F Garnett as executrix of late Reverend Thos.
