Description

John [Nevill] Earl of Abergavenny and William Nevill, clerk, the surviving sons of HN; Daniel Rowland of Grosvenor Place, Middlesex, and Owen Fuller Meyricke of Anglesey, esq

Recites: restitution and settlement of the forfeited estates of Sir Edward Nevill by Act of Parliament, 2 & 3 Philip and Mary, and that the estates descended to HN; will and codicils of HN (ABE 20S above), death of testator, 27 Mar 1843 and probate (PCC), 27 Apr 1843; doubts and disputes as to the legal operation of the will respecting the estates acquired by HN in his lifetime, and the validity of leases of entailed estates made by HN

Now to bar the estate tail vested in them, JN and WN convey to OFM all freehold parts of the acquired estates to the use of JN for life, remainder to DR in trust to preserve the contingent uses, then to the use of JN's sons in tail male, remainder to WN for life, then to his eldest son William Nevill, then to his heirs in tail male, remainder to WN's second son Ralph Pelham Nevill and his heirs in tail male, remainder to WN's third and other sons of, remainder to the person entitled to the estates for the time being, remainder to JN and his heirs
