Between (a) John Cooper grocer, surviving executor of Richard Heath as in Add Mss 18118 dec'd and (b) John Sherwood esq. (c) William Cobden Rhoades esq. and (d) Edward Rhoades, all of Chichester

Messuage in Tower Street, Chichester, in occ. of Rev. John Fullagar, measuring N. to S. at the W. end or front 33'9" and at the E. end 29'6", with the garden belonging to it, and together also with the coach-house and stables also belonging, fronting North Walls and containing in front 33' and in depth 79', in occ. Messrs. Johnson

(a) to (d) at the request of (b) to the use of (c) for life and thereafter to the heirs of (c)

Recites will dated 19 August 1822 of the said Richard Heath, who died in November 1822, by which he devised the above property, partly in his own occ. and partly in that of Rev. --- Grant, John Duer esq. and the widow of his then late son James to executors; and that (a) above as surviving executor had sold the property to (b) above for £450
