In 1818 Nehemiah Wimble, ironmonger, Samuel Flint, merchant, and Stephen Lowdell, ironmonger, sold a house, with blacksmith's shop and shoeing house on the side of White Lion Lane to John Pannett, carrier, and George Stanford, builder.
