1. WRENBURY Robert Taylor c Churchwardens concerning a pew for Higher House in Aston. Pew only holds three persons and is one yard square - depositions (repair).

2. BURTON KENDAL Prohibition in dispute between Omerode and Ralph Wright.

3. BLACKBURN Sir Edward Osbaldeston c William Duckworth concerning a disputed election of chapelwardens for Great Harwood. Sir Edward has right to appoint churchwardens in the townships of Blackburn to serve at Blackburn - libel, responsions (1682-31).

4. CHESTER Jane Poole c John Poole (brother in law) for slander, she being a poor widow - allegation, confession.

5. CHESTER (St Oswald) Maria Meredith c Alice Higson for slander - libel.
