PARTIES:

1a. Sir Charles Kemeys Tynte of Halswell, Somerset, bart.

b. Rev. Sir Edward Ernle of Avington, Berks, bart. Doctor of Laws.

c. Sir James Langham of Cottesbrooke, Northants, bart.

2a. James Duberley of parish of St. Paul, Covent Garden, Middx., esq.

b. Thomas Lane of the same parish, gent.

SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:

Messuage or tenement and farm called Twelve Acres Farm in parish of Ensham heretofore containing the several pieces of land called - the North East Ground 71a., the South East Ground 38a., the Northill Ground 30a., the Furzey Ground 14a., and a mead or meadow ground adjoin. to Ensham Mill and lying within the parish or manor of Ensham and called Worsey and containing 43a.

Also several parcels of ground called the Tiffenz situate in parish of Ensham and containing 64a.3r. piece of meadow ground heretofore called the Rymes 3a. lying in Worsey Mead adjoin. to waters or brooks belonging to Ensham Mill in parish of Ensham and which was formerly used as parcel to said mill

Little Ham or Flam formerly belonging to said Mill or Rymes

In consideration of 5/- paid by 2. to 1. 1. lease the premises to 2. for term of one year at peppercorn rent.

CONSIDERATION:

5s. paid by 2. to 1. peppercorn rent.
