Folio 183. Letter from H E Ringer, overseer of Rougham in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union to The Local Government Board in response to their letter of 31 March 1885. He writes to reiterate that said by him in previous correspondence of 19 March 1885, that being he was not aware any difference had been made in the assessment of the parish. He had therefore copied the old rat in the surveyors account, as the assistant oversee has the rate books and valuation list.
