Mr. C. E. S. Oxley was appointed as an assistant ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon in 1937, became a consultant in 1948 and retired in 1971.
During Word War II, he took over ENT work in place of Mr. Clarke [see MH/T4/Kc 3].
