(a) Baker's premises, Bedford Road, Houghton Conquest, comprising dwelling house with bake-house and specified outbuildings in occupation of F Juffs.
Includes right to use (in common) a deep well of drinking water near the property
(b) Paddock of old pasture adjoining (a) containing c 5r suitable for building purposes-
(c) 11 Western Street, Bedford in occupation of J T Letts
(d) "St Gatien", 6 Rutland Road, Bedford with stabling and motor garage
