Draft abstract of title (1859) of the surviving trustees under the will of William Jackson to land at Butlers Marston, commencing with indentures of lease and release, dated 3 and 4 May 1820, between the Reverend John Lucy, clerk, of the first part, Francis Brookes, farmer, of the second part, John Whitehead, gent., of the third part, William Jackson, gent., of the fourth part and William Law Phelps, gent., of the fifth part; and ending with the probate of the will of William Jackson, granted 31 July 1848.
