Outlines a system for the relief of destitute wayfarers, and urges the public 'not to give either food or money to Beggars, as by so doing they encourage Idle Vagabond habits, and thus cause an increase of crime as well as of the burdens on the Rates'. With list of 'Bread Stations', including Oswestry.
