Appointment of houses and lands at Maesbrook for securing £300 and interest, subject as to part thereof to a prior mortgage for securing £800 and interest, with a power of sale

2. John Shuker of the same, gent, only son and heir apparent of Eliz. Shuker

3. William Tannatt of Penygaulon, Llansaintffraid, farmer

The £800 still remains unpaid on the mortgage of 1 Nov. 1831 with interest from 1 Nov. last. Elizabeth Shuker has applied to Wm Tannatt to lend her £300 to which he has agreed. John Shuker is surety for Elizabeth.

Now for the £300 from Wm Tannatt Elizabeth Shuker appoints all the houses and lands in the lease and release of 13 & 14 Nov. 1830 and in the lease and release of 28 & 29 Oct. 1836 in the tenure of Mr James Knight and another, to enure to Wm Tannatt and his heirs with a proviso for redemption on payment of £300 and interest @ 5%. If it is not repaid, Wm Tannatt may sell the premises and reimburse himself, then pay £800 to the heirs of Alice Jones decd., then pay the £300 and interest.
