The termof 500 years is to allow portions to be raised for younger children up to £1,000 to be paid at age 21 or day of marriage.

Edward by deed or will may charge the property with sums up to £500 and may during his life lease the property for terms up to 21 years. With Kenyon's consent he may sell and purchase other property in England and Wales, the new to be subject to the trust as the old. If Jane dies within 3 years after the marriage without issue, £500 shall be repaid to Jones within 12 months.
