Declaration of Benjamin Bridgwater of Chirbury, Parish Clerk, and Registrar of births, marriages and deaths. He is 59 and knew Thomas and Sarah Gough, formerly of Montgomery, decd. Sarah died Jan. 1861 and Thomas predeceased her. Their only children who survived Sarah are Mary, widow of William Taylor, now living nr Manchester, and Eleanour wife of John Clayton of Castle Caerinion, Montgom, Ann the wife of John Chamberlain of Chelsea, and Margaret wife of Richard Laurence of Upper Hem, Forden, Montgom.; Sarah, née Groves, was not married before.
