Description (What the record is about)
-
This small collection formed an element of the main family archive held at Aberdeen University Library and charts the ownership by the family of the manor and advowson of Tintinhull between 1793 and 1913. Of the few documents inherited from the previous owners the Napper family originally of Frome, the most noteworthy is a plan of the estate of 1786 by Samuel Donne (DD/AT 9) who produced at least two other contemporary plans of other estates in the parish.
