Commission as Deputy Lieutenant, Lord Brownlow to Alberic Drummond Willoughby, 1849; also as 2nd lt. in Royal Rifle Corps. Militia of Carnarvonshire 1841 and as deputy Lieutenant, Carnarvonshire, 1846.

Letter from A.D. Willoughby, Eton College, relating funeral service in the Chapel "the body is in four coffins" "singing boys and men of St. George and St. James", "400 soldiers - Life Guards, Blues, Grenadiers, Queen dowager in herprivate pew .... left afterwards for Bushey" "9 pounders fired in the long walk". Mentions a now coach service, the Taglioni refers to his need of his allowance, no date engraving Llanrwst bridge n.d.
