The volume listed below is the minute book of proceedings of petty sessions held by J S A Shuttleworth, sometimes in association with other justices, at Hathersage. For other Petty Sessional purposes such as licensing, Hathersage came within the area of the then High Peak division until about 1854 and the area of the Bakewell Division from at least 1857 (See DRO ref. D246)
This minute book was deposited in the Record Office in August 1968.
