-nine letters from Glenconner, his private secretary, and land steward, to Knoedler's London office, dated 23 April-24 November 1936, concerning the sale of works of art from the Glenconner collection. Four of the letters give details of artists, titles of works of art, and pictures sizes of works of art offered for sale.

-two handwritten lists of Glenconner's pictures stored at Mr Beck's house, dated April 1936 (4pp)

-handwritten list of Glenconner's pictures at The Glen, Innerleithen, dated April 1936 (8pp)

-typed list of Glenconner's pictures from 76 Sloane Street, London, undated (3pp)

-typed index of pictures from the Glenconner collection sent to New York, dated 2 May 1936 (1p)

-annotated typed list of Glenconner pictures consigned by Knoedler's, undated (1p). Information includes stock numbers and prices.

-handwritten note detailing pictures cleaned by Knoedler's, undated (1p)

-seven news cuttings concerning the sale of the Glenconner art collection, dated 22 August-20 October 1923

-six letters exchanged between Letitia Simpson and C. Bernard Stevenson, Curator, Laing Art Gallery and Museum, dated 16 April-22 July 1924, concerning pictures from the Glenconner collection which were exhibited at the Gallery in 1904

-seven black and white photographs of works of art in the collection
