Report of sub-committee prior to the purchase by Guys Hospital.
Computed acres 1/3 less and woodland acres ¼ more than statute acres.
Comments on farms in: Much Dewchurch, Aconbury, Stretton Sugwas.
Manors of: Bunshill, Lyde Arundell, Lyde Prior, Badshaw, Monington Straddle.
Farms: Upper Chilston, Wignams, Oldfield, in Ross area.
Comments on difficulty of collecting Llangarren tythes payable by about 200 people.
Coppice wood: Fall in value owing to low value of iron. Criticism of custom of leasing the herbage.
