By RICHARD SEARLE of Petersfield, gent., to ELIZABETH SHORE of Chichester, widow, of All that messuage, tenement or dwellinghouse with all buildings, barns, stables, out-houses, gardens &c. called Tylls in East Harting
Also a parcel of lands &c. in East Harting called Roods, reputed and taken for 4 yardlands
Also a close of pasture or meadow called Dodgers
One other close of pasture ground lately enclosed containing 7 ac., parcel of the Common called Neywood adjoining to the close called Dodgers, S. in East Harting
And a rent of 5s. yearly payable for the said (sic) course running through Dodgers close
A toft of ground where Crockford House then lately stood
All accounted 4 yard lands besides the said 7 acres
Also one little meadow in East Harting containing 2 ac
With all manner of commons, common of pasture, sheep downs, & c
And also 3 closes of arable land in East Harting containing 6 ac. called Ruells
Also 2 parcels of land and meadow in East Harting called Cookes Meadow containing 4 ac
A close of arable land in East Harting containing 3½ ac. called Tanners formerly 2 closes
And Common of pasture for 10 sheep on East Harting Down. And the benefit of the water in Eastbrook pond
Also 2 closes of arable land in East Harting called Northfield and the Little field containing 7 ac
And common of pasture for 10 sheep on East Harting Down
All late in the occupation of Francis Blackman and William Atweek and then of William Maxwell
