Assignment: Samuel Barker of Lyndon, co. Rutland, esq., administrator of the estate of Sir Thomas Barker, bart., deceased, of the first part, Mathew Johnson of Withcot, co. Leicester, esq., executor of the will of John de la Fontaine, late of Kirby Bellsors, co. Leicester, esq., of the second part, and Lancelot Dawes of Lynden, gent., of the third part: recites a deed of 24th May 6 William and Mary (q.v.) mortgaging premises in LYNDEN: whereas there remained owing at the time of the deaths of said Sir Thomas Barker and John de la Fontaine for principal and interest £630, since paid by said Samuel Barker to Mathew Johnson, now Samuel Barker assigns to Lancelot Dawes the said premises in LYNDEN for the residue of the term of 200 years, in trust for Samuel Barker.
