Description

Lease and release, the release being an appointment and conveyance by James Chattaway, late of Studley, co. Warwick, farmer, but then of Birmingham, same county, miller, to John Watts of Alcester, same county, builder, and John Bale of Clarks Green in the parish of Studley, farmer, his trustee, in consideration of £120 of a cottage and premises at Littlewood Green in Studley.

Witnesses: 1. Cornelius Benson, --- Dicken, attorneys, Birmingham; 2. Wm: Welch Lea.
