Now in pursuance of an agreement and in consideration of £2000 he transfers all his interest to Whitehurst. Owen Thomas promises that he will pay Whitehurst or his heirs the sum of £2000 and interest at the rate of 5% per annum. Witnesses Harwood Thomas solicitor Shrewsbury, Wm. Leman his clerk.
