Reciting settlement by (1)'s mother-in-law Sarah Hind, and that (1) and (2) to marry, now (1) with consent of (2) to (3) all interest in settlement to pay £5 p.a. to Sarah H. for life, and residue to (1) for life, then to (1)'s children by late Thos. H.
