By JOHN DAVIES of Westminster and MARY his wife, the daughter of Richard Shelley and Mary his wife who was the daughter of Thomas Bridger late of Midleton, gent., to NICHOLAS COVERT of Chichester, gent.--for £250--of a messuage with a dovehouse, barn, gateroom and garden and 160 ac. of land, meadow, &c. in Binsted called Mersh farm, late in occupation of William White, and 14 ac. of pasture called Legores "in the parishes of Felpham, Ancton and Bilsham."
