Premises: all that piece or parcel of land containing 730 sq. yds. in Kendal Park and Castle lands, with appurts., together with right of way on foot along the south west side of property of John Ruthven and others on north east side of line of Kendal and Windermere Railway as same is reserved to company by indenture dated 20 July 1850. Conditions: no part of any main building erected by (2) shall come nearer to turnpike road than 12 ft. and no erection of glass or other material shall exceed height of roof of dwellinghouse called Ivy Cottage belonging to (1) and adjoining premises; joint wall to be erected instead of present thorn hedge and whole wall on south side, both new and old, to be joint wall and not to exceed 7 ft. in height
