John Robinson of Appleby, Westmoreland, gent; Richard Smith of London, merchant, and his daughter-in-law and ward Mary Crow of London, spinster; Christopher Robinson of the General Post Office, London, esq

Recites: intended marriage of JR and MC with consent of RS; entitlement of MC to £1,300 in the hands of RS, and to £133 6s 8d, part of £400 3% annuities in a Chancery suit in which David Crow and his sister MC (by Andrew Smith) are plaintiffs and John Woodbridge and William Jobson, (executors of James Jobson) are defendants; judgements obtained by MC's father James Crow of Barbados, merchant, deceased against John Millington of Barbados, esq, deceased, in penalty of £1,881 19s 0d conditional for payment of £940 19s 6d Barbados currency (1724) and by [blank] Roberts against John Millington (nd) on which £405 15s 1¼d Barbados currency is due; the legal property of both judgements is now vested in RS as executor of James Crow, and MC is entitled by virtue of them to the sum of £901 2s 8¼d Barbados currency

The parties agree that all the sums shall be assigned to CR and RS in trust to purchase lands and tenements in England to the use of JR and MC and the survivor for life with remainder to their children as they shall direct or, in default of such direction, in equal shares
