John Clifford for £141. 11s. 5d.: Total of various bills. The total was reduced by payments at intervals, balance now received of £28. 10s. 11d. A bill for £1. 15s. 6d. dated 22 Oct. 1765 is on the back - paid for 2 bell ropes for the use of the building 2s. 6d.; paid for turning the pins for the hips 1s.; paid the turner in part for turning the banisters 3s.; paid the maltster for 4 bathell of coals to dry the boards 2s.; 3 bee hives 2s. 10d.; 112 lbs. of lead for sash weights at 1¾d. per lb. 16s. 4d., etc.
Endorsed: Paid Clifford's bill for the Red Horse.
