The "rent of assize" (see f.353b) amounts to £1199.19.11¼ and of wood sales to £91.13.4, making a total of £1291.13.3¼. From this £70.10.2 is deducted for the "feed of the baylyves and ryves", etc., leaving £1221.3.1¼ clear, besides the manor of Wolfhall "not yet charged", and Langdon and Wyke in Berwick-Basset manor, the sites of the manors of Elvetham, Twickenham and Easton Drews, and Easton parsonage, being in the lord hands.
