Minutes of the trustees of Gloucester Street church stating that Mr K Openshaw of Weymouth, builder, wished to lease the Gullyshay estate for 99 years, in twelve plots, at £2 10s p.a. until houses are erected, when the rental would be increased to £36 p.a. (£3 p.a. per plot). These terms were submitted to the Charity Commission and approved. Mr Webb was paid £2 as compensation on his vacating the land
