Folio 383. Letter from James Saunders, Clerk to the East Dereham Local Board in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Local Government Board, referring to their letter of 25 November 1879 concerning a bill of £140 from Baldwin Latham, which Latham claimed of the local board and which claim was settled by Latham accepting smaller sum, it appears to consist entirely of expenses incurred by Latham in respect of the waterworks scheme.
Annotated: The matter is reserved for 3 months, 23 February 1880.
Annotated: 'Ask whether the loan of £700 has now been expended and if so request that he will furnish the Board with a Return of the particulars of expenditure', 3 June 1880.
