Thos. to pay Wm. £200; moiety out of Wolsdon Woods in St. Cleer and St. Ive, moiety in cash.
Wm. L. conveys Tretheage in Gorran and Tregrehan in St. Blazey to use of Bennet and Sibelly; also property in St. Austell churchtown, Fowey, and Kingswear in Devon.
