A composite volume similar to the Fo/AMc2 series but not forming part of it. The contents relate primarily to the Hackney Carriage Committee from July 1857 and the Lighting Committee from Oct. 1862. In addition there are entries for a group of Improvement Committees comprising - Upper Sandgate Road and Sandgate Road, 1856; Mill Lane and Foord Lane, 1862; Stade, 1862-3; Rendezvous Street, 1862; Mill Bay, 1863; and Foord Lane 1865-6. Similar Committees of the whole Council considered the extension of Tontine Street from 1857; the Harbour rights, 1863-4; and the Construction of a new harbour, 1870. Other meetings concern the following matters - Pleasure boats, Boatmen &c., 1877; Coal Dues, 1868; Fair (Committee to make arrangements), 1863; Fire Brigade, 1863-4; Fish place, 1864; Gas, 1863; Market, 1861; Mummery's Passage Pump, 1861, 1864; Nuisances Removal, from 1862; Sanatorium, 1863; Sanitary, from 1866; Scavenging from 1861; Stone Quarry, 1866-69; Town Dues, 1868; Trees in Streets, 1876; Turnpike Trust, 1865-68; Valuation, from 1863
