Of land formerly part of the glebe of Cantley in exchange for a perpetual annual rent charge of £440 issuing from the same premises and other lands in par. Armthorpe, co. Yorks., in 1871, with related letters and papers, 1776-1814 and n.d. They comprise:
WWM/E Donc/203/1-4 Letters and receipts from Edward Lascelles, of Harewood House, to [? Childers Walbanke Childers] relating to lands sold by Lascelles to Childers and to the enclosure at Cantley, 1776-1780;
WWM/E Donc/203/5 particulars of lands given in lieu of the great tithes and glebe of the par. of Cantley, 1783;
WWM/E Donc/203/6 lands allotted to Edwin Lascelles in lieu of tithes, 1797;
WWM/E Donc/203/7 particulars and valuation of several closes of land in Cantley to be exchanged between the Trustees of John Childers, esq., a minor, and the vicar of Cantley, 1814;
WWM/E Donc/203/8 the allotments to C. W. Childers and in lieu of tithe in par. Cantley, n.d. [but c. 1800]
WWM/E Donc/203/9-10 Conveyance of land formerly part of the glebe in exchange for the perpetual yearly rent, 1871.
