By Sir ROBERT JENKINSON to EDMOND DOWNE of Dodington, co. Glouc:, yeoman, - in consideration that the said Edmond had procured his son John to surrender several acres of land in the common field of Hawksbury, and of £7 15s. - of several acres in the Northfield of Hawksbury called Pescombe, viz: 5½ ac. being parcel of the copyhold of the said John Downe; 3 farundels of land late parcel of the copyhold of Richard Gawne; 3 farundells of land late parcel of the copyhold of Nicholas Bence and 1 acre late in the occupation of Edw. Farr; all lying in Pescombe field and bounding to the Vicarage Mead, S., Mr. Grewe's Parke Mead, W., the highway, M. and one acre of land in the occupation of Edw. Farr, E. Term, 1000 years; rent, a peppercorn
