Agreement between Thomas Martin Roberts of Long Marston in Marston Sicca shopkeeper and farmer, and Thomas Adams of Clifford Chambers, co. Gloucs., gent. for the better securing of the repayment of £300, whereby the former agrees to deposit with Thomas Adams the title deeds for a piece of land at Pebworth in the tenure of Thomas Martin Roberts, and two messuages in Pebworth in the respective tenures of Charles Butler and Charles Lebiter.
