Lease: Sarah, Lettice, and Catherine Antrobus, sisters and devisees under the last will of Burgess Antrobus, late of Birmingham, co. Warwick, Dr. of Physick, deceased, to Richard Rann of Birmingham, gent.: in consideration of the sum of 5s.: 2 closes called the Broom Closes, containing 10 acres, two Little Meadows adjoining the same, containing 5 acres and a half adjoining on most parts to the land heretofor of Mr. Richard Scott, William Kendrick and Mr. John Adys lying in Ashfurlong Quarter in the parish of SUTTON COLDFIELD, co. Warwick: to hold the same for a term of one year for the purpose of effecting a release of the same.
