John Hanmer, Baron Hanmer of Hanmer and Flint (1809 - 1881) held lands in Flint as well as in St. Giles in the Fields. He succeeded his grandfather as 3rd Baronet of Hanmer, in 1828, and was created Baron Hanmer in 1872.
