Sussex., esq., and Caroline Margaret his wife, of the first part, Richard Boddington of Luddington, farmer, of the second part and Thomas Slatter of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of the third part; and ending with a covenant to produce title deeds, dated 17 July 1857, between Henry Brandis Slatter of Welford, gent., and Richard Boddington.
