Witnesses of Sealing and Delivery; for E.Downes of Shrigley, Richard Platt, Hugh Shard; for E.Downes of Worth, with a memorandum subscribed concerning damage and wilful waste, and a restriction upon tillage in the three last years of the term, Richard Platt, Rand.Jannion.
Lease on consideration of £5.5.0. for 21 years at £5.5.0. per annum, with reserved rights of timber and mining, and with Harriot of 10s., of a messuage or farm called Bingley's House and Tenement, with a cottage called Brightmore's House, lately held by Joseph Cowper of Nether Padley, co.Derby, cooper, and situate in the Manor of Nether Padley, with a "New Close" out of the common in the said manor.
