Rutland, and Sarah his wife, to William Whiston of London, clerk, and Vigerus Edwards of London, gent.: an annuity of £50 chargeable upon the capital messuage in NORTH LUFFENHAM in the occupation of Wellesbourn Sill, esq., and all messuage, cottages, lands, meadows, pastures, etc., lying dispersedly in the fields of NORTH LUFFENHAM containing 300 acres in the open fields besides inclosures which were late the inheritance of Dorothy Syll, deceased: to be held on trust for Sarah Barker, now wife of the said Samuel Barker.
