Court of Record proceedings
This important volume contains a registry of the proceedings in the Court of Record commencing with those of a Court held on 29 November, 1 Mary, 1553, which was probably the first held under the Charter of Edward VI. The first division of the volume contains the proceedings up to the 18th of October, 1570, after which the registry is defective, and the next division commences at 20 January, 27 Elizabeth, 1585, whence the registry continues to 7 October, 43 Elizabeth, 1601. The volume contains entries of an immense number of causes, amongst which the following appear to be the most interesting.
