Includes minutes of meetings of the Steering Committee from the first meeting on 24 May 1963, and papers relating to the setting up OSCC. Also a Memorandum on the Church of England's Commendation Centre detailing the history of the Centre, a copy of Overseas Council produced booklet, 'You Neighbour', copies of 'Contact' the students newsletter from the OSC, and several other booklets.
