Mortgage for £55, by demise for 500 years (1) Francis Thomson als. Hunt of Fifield, in Milton, gardener, (2) John Neal of Burbage, yeoman.

Tenement, barn and enclosed ground called the New Inclosure, also 1a. 35 lugs of ground in the East Sands (formerly allotted in lieu of common), all situate in Burbage.

£10.7s. was owed by (1) to (2) on an earlier mortgage of premises (equity of redemption having passed to (1) and £44.13s. had been lent to (1) by (2) recently.
