NEWTON ABBOT.

Letters Patent dated 2. Feb. 43. Eliz. (1601) granting Licence to Sir William Courtenay, Senior, Knt, Robert Dyllon Esq, and Grace his wife, William Carew Esq, John Fortescue Esq, William Kyrkeham Esq, John Drewe Gent, and Susan his wife, Thomas Marshall Gent, Thomas Drewe Gent, Robert Drewe Gent, John Dottyn and David Potter, to alienate two thirds of the Manor of Wolborough with 30 messuages, 20 cottages, 3 water mills, and c, as in D1508M/Moger/1 to Richard Reynell Esq.
