These volumes give information about any girl who stayed at the house. They include such details as: name, last address, reason or circumstance of application, relatives, names and addresses of relatives, father and mother's employment, where been and how employed recently, whether can read and write, standard passed, last Sunday School attended, how long since, if been in any training or rescue homes; where and how long for, if been in hospital, how long, what for, friend(s) to whom reference can be made, what payment is to be made, by whom, further particulars.
In some cases, very full details of what happened to the girl is given.
From 1942, the books give fewer details but still list: name, address, occupation, arrival date, departure date, length of stay, payment.
