3) Margaret Lee, spinster, sister of Thomas, of Wroxeter.

Consideration: £1,100 to T. and E.S. from M.L.

The Seymours mortgage to M.L. the capital messuage in the Isle heretofore in the tenure of Timothy Seymour and Joseph Davies yeoman and now or T.S. and John Elsmere with all buildings and gardens belonging, and all deeds, reserving to T.S. the water pond or pool in the Isle called the Isle Poole. To hold to M.L. for 1000 years for a peppercorn at Michaelmas if demanded; with the proviso that if T.S. pays to M.L. £1,144 thus: £22 on 9th November next and £1,122 on 9th May, next 1742 the conveyance shall be void; TS. covenants to pay the money as above; T. and E.S. covenant that they have full power to convey the property; and after default, at the request of M.L. at the cost of T.S. they will make a further assurance in the law, and the present Easter term or before the and of Trinity term next levy a fine in such form as Thomas Lee thinks fit, to the use of Margaret Lee for 100 years.
