Letter from Messrs Prior & Co. to Messrs Finney, Bruff & Co. They are expecting to hear definitely from Mr Fitter as to his client's assent to the Receiver's accounts being passed out of court, and also ask if Messrs F.B. & Co have prepared & submitted the draft to Mr Fitter for his approval.
And,
13 July 1880
Letter from Messrs F.B. & Co. to Messrs Prior & Co. in reply. They have received a letter from Mr Fitter which states that the only two apparent difficulties have been resolved and requests the Draft Agreement. They have an appointment with Tucker & Lake tomorrow to settle the draft leases.
