Description

Bonds and Contracts for the transportation of felons to the American colonies and plantations and elsewhere, 1728-89 (2 bundles). There were to be certified at Quarter Sessions, and registered or filed and kept among the records of the Court pursuant to 4 Geo. I, c.11, s.6 (1717-18), 6 Geo. I, c.23, s.2 (1719-20) and 19 Geo. III, c.74, s.1 (1778-9).
